No Administrative Rights needed for the software install
This thing is great, works exactly as expected and the app is polished and very configurable. The button is extremely easy to hit as needed, and the design is solid, no rattling or loose parts. Did not need admin rights to install!

Just what I needed!
Very please with this product. If you use your computer with a separate keyboard (i.e. at a desk), I'd recommend investing in a USB extension cable so that you can have the button closer to your keyboard. The software and device works well, has a decent amount of configuration and options, and was easy to set it up.

easy bright mute button
Nice customizable, easy to mute. I put it on my keyboard's usb input so it's is right by my hands. Couple times the software crashed though, leaving me stuck on mute although the light showed unmuted. Not much trouble

Has saved me many times, easy to know if your live or muted.
First, our corp laptops are locked down hard. Installing and running the app works fine shockingly with all the lock downs. Works great in 'old teams' and New Teams. Wish I got it years sooner.

Very helpful
Works as advertised and good product support. Easy to find when you get called on in a meeting and have too many windows open. Great solution.

Requires you to download separate software to use it!
I wanted this for work. I was thinking this was just hardware I could connect- like a Bluetooth headset, etc.. Once I got it and it wouldn’t work out of the box, I found a video online explaining you have to download the MuteMe software first. Ugh. I work for a company that doesn’t allow us to download unapproved software. This is a super common corporate requirement for almost any company that works with sensitive information. So unfortunately this is not usable in my case, and I’ll be returning it.

Love the colors
I love my mute me button. I use it every day with Teams. The work version of the install worked perfectly, allowing me to customize it with my favorite color and brightness settings.

Essential for the busy professional
I spend a good portion of my day on Teams calls, and this mute button is a complete game changer. I can easily see if I'm muted or have a live mic, and it's much faster to just touch the button to mute/unmute myself than to use the option within the program. It works perfectly for Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Ring Central, and any other virtual meeting software I have thrown at it.

Working on my laptop, it was a real nuisance to mute and unmute. This device integrates seamlessly with Teams. The light is not intrusive and the touch sensor is responsive. I LOVE this product!

Works great and didn't need admin rights. Unfortunately seems a little loose and I'm not sure it's going to last very long. The mute button is also non tactile and just touch
