Buy these as a pack of ten tablets sucked are enough for a marathon and really do prevent cramp, during the event.

I was sceptical about these, but they have made a big difference to my health after hot days or longer walks. Taste is fine but not delightful.

They taste quite nice at first but leave a salty aftertaste, so you’ll want to ensure you have plenty of water with you.Bought these for a marathon, but I’ll be surprised if I use these due to the volume it suggests you take. Two tablets every half an hour seems insane, isotonic drinks seem like a better option to me
