How do I attach the small hose to the jelly canister?

It comes with an additional screw top with the hose attached. After mixing the jelly, quickly remove the original lid and replace with the lid containing the tube. Place the other end of the tube in the tank. Don't leave the lid off for too long, though, or you'll lose your CO2.

Not quite following your question. Are you talking about the temp needed to make the gel vs the temp needed for the yeast? I followed the instructions and mine is working fine.

Does this make the gel? does it come with bio packets too?

I posted the same question! I believe the “bio” refill is just dry activated yeast but I am waiting for a reply from the seller to confirm
