Doctors orders👍🏻
My Doctor let me know that I needed to start taking B12 to help with my energy level. He recommended that it be sublingual for fast absorption. I have been taking this for over two years and every morning it has become a part of my daily routine. Easy to use, just drop it under your tongue and go, tastes good. Just star started the vitamins today and we will see what happens. Very easy to use, there is a strong smell once you open the package. The taste is not that bad to me and easy to digest. We shall see what happens

Pros and cons
Honest review: Pros: IT REALLY WORKS. I noticed an increment in my energy by the second day of taking it. I take it every day and I feel amazing. Cons: it DOES TASTE AWFUL, like really bad. The vitamin flavor/smell is quite strong, even my fridge smells like vitamin. It stings a little bit on the tip of the tongue when you swallow it. You have to wash off the bad taste with something equally strong, for me coffee does the trick. Is it worth the bad taste? YES, it is. If you want to give it a go PLEASE keep in mind you can not return it.

Taste Bad but seem to Work
I would have considered a 5 but these are pretty disgusting tasting and the dropper doesn’t work. They do seem to give me a boost though so on that alone they get a 4. They have a very strong vitamin smell.
