Does Not Work on Black Dye
I am very disappointed with this product. It did absolutely nothing to my hair. My hair was black before using it, and it is still completely black after the full process. I followed the instructions carefully, including the timing and rinsing, but there was no visible change at all. For the price, I expected at least some lightening or color removal. Unfortunately, this felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend it if you are trying to remove black hair dye.

False advertising and DOES NOT do what it says
Absalout joke. I would give this product no stars if I could. DO NOT waste your money on this. I followed instructions to the letter and IT DID NOT WORK!. I did not have a dark box dye like black, I had a brown on my hair, and it didn't even touch it or even lift it slightly. The buffer dries out your hair to where it becomes like straw, and it doesn't even have a conditioner to put on your hair after everything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I am actually surprised and shocked amazon are letting this product continue to be sold after all the bad reviews and the lies and false advertising of it. Absolutely shocking and disgusting this product is. The smell also is horrendous, and here is a tip, if you do choose this product, open up windows and doors and make sure there is plenty of fresh air, cause if you don't, you will struggle to breath and become light headed and dizzy from it. What a joke of a product.
