Do the batteries come with the bird clock I have ordered

this is French 's bird sound,do you have Italian'bird sound and German'bird sound?

I am not sure if those are French birds or not but not familiar to California . You might would like to check with the seller or Belinlen if they have more variety of bird sounds from different area. My understanding is what you see at Amazon is what they have.

My minute hand stopped working what should i do?

It may have just worked itself loose from the “drive shaft”. If you can remove the plastic cover without breaking it, you should be able to tighten it back onto the shaft.

Why only the green color has free shipping? I want to buy the brown color to ship to Colombia.

I wouldn't recommend this clock because of the way it was shipped. It came in a mailer type envelope and was destroyed in transit. It never had a chance of arriving undamaged.
