This is the best air conditioner! We had one (a bigger unit) for our living room. But it was such a good functioning unit that I purchased 2 of these smaller units from this seller! They are super easy to hook up and they really pack a punch when it comes to cooling! They fit perfectly into the windows of our 1940s home, and they’re sooooo quiet! The remote control is a nice addition and makes it super convenient when you don’t feel like getting up to turn the AC off. Great price and value for sure! I did have an issue with one of them, I reached out to their customer support and they were beyond kind and helpful. They decided to just send me another unit to make things easier. I couldn’t be happier with this seller and the product! 100/10 would recommend!

This was a much needed product for this summer. The set up is mostly straight forward (The adhesive foam it came with i had no idea how to use it, even with the instructions the purpose of the adhesive was unclear and i end up not using it, (same thing with the screws it came with) I was able to set it up without it however) We gonna get nerdy here so get ready: With it's performance (and this is in a room where there's little air circulation) there was a on average a 9°F decrease. In other words, its good, my room was about 80° when i turned it on and it went down to roughly 71° within 10 minutes. The noise it makes is acceptable. its like around ~54dB, bit louder than advertised, but its no big deal, and its very tolerable. One problem I often come across is that in my humid room it will often turn off because the water container at the bottom gets full fast, so I had to put the Unit on a Elevated surface (obviously had to make sure it wont roll off) with a bucket below it for continuous use (This also rid the need of dragging the whole unit outside to empty the water as it will all collect in the bucket I placed) Overall this is a good working A/C conditioner that delivered its promise to cool down ur hot room, would recommend.

I bought this for emergency cooling when the power goes out. I explicitly wanted about 5,000 BTU so that it could be powered on a small gas power generator which it can. Unfortunately, the power consumption is too high for the 600 watt power bank I got, but that was expected. I don't know the exact wattage yet, but it is definitely over 600 and under 2500. This thing goes in the closet until I (hopefully never) need it. It is very compact and takes up little space which is another thing I wanted. Otherwise, it blows cold air. Not a ton of cold air, but that's the trade off. The price is not bad either. Quality is pretty good. I didn't realize, but it has some little wheels which is a nice bonus. Setup it pretty easy. My only complaint is that the grate on the window vent has really large holes which could result in some bugs sneaking in. Fortunately, my window has a screen. Might be a good idea to buy some to add to this if that's a concern for you.

We thought this for my mother’s room when she moved in with us last month. We have a Toshiba portable AC that is incredible & never stops running so we figured, this would be the same based on the description. Well, we were dead wrong. This machine works, don’t get me wrong. It blows cold air like it should. But, that doesn’t last very long. Yesterday alone, in ONE day, I had to empty the tank of water. Not only did I have to drain it, I had to carry it all the way across our upstairs area, into the bathroom, put it in the tub and remove the drain plug (machine weighs over 60lbs) zero fun for someone with bad knees & a bad back. Not sure what’s going on with this thing, but STAY AWAY and spend your money elsewhere. We have condensation pump coming that’ll hopefully keep this thing from ever filling up again. Just divert the water out through the window. But, you shouldn’t have to buy a $50 extra piece just to have an AC that works.

It worked well last summer and I will be starting it up very soon this year.

I bought a refurbished item so I didn't expect it to be perfect but I did think that it would work properly. The remote and AC display don't match and the unit doesn't display the temperature correctly. It flashes between two numbers rapidly for some reason. Part of the window mount was broken. It was easy to put together and it does cool my small room well for what I paid. It's sort of loud but I personally don't mind the sound. It's just my first full day using it so it's worth what I paid as of right now.

This is a nice little A/C. Perfect for a guest room. It was easy to set up and the remote is handy to have. It's fairly quiet and cools a small room in a few minutes.

Excellent cooling for its size, better than any 5000 BTU window unit. Very easy to set up to exhaust through standard aluminum window. Arrived with a broken wheel so I called Hisense. Was told refurbished is not their problem. So, called Amazon and had a refund for enough to buy a new part after a few minutes on the phone. Awesome customer service and this portable A/C blows COLD and rolls around nicely.
