Perfect fit for the Genus Spectra Compact — and a fraction of the price!
I bought these glue trap refills as a cheaper alternative to the ones specifically recommended for my Genus Spectra Compact insect trap, and I’m happy to report they fit perfectly. No trimming, no adjusting — just drop them in and go. The savings are significant compared to the branded refills, which makes it easy to replace them as often as needed. If you own a Genus Spectra Compact and have been overpaying for refills, give these a try. Highly recommend!

We bought the system because we were getting a lot of flies in our attic. The sticky paper caught lots of flies - to the extent that there was barely room on the sheet for more and it had to be changed within a few weeks. (The flies came from mice that I wish were as easy to eliminate).

look at the picture, no disputing this thing works! I was worried with the high price would it be worth it. so far I am very happy with the purchase. I didnt take a pic at night but much brighter than my bug zapper that I have. I see why it covers a larger area .

FYI, I never leave a review on purchases, so take heed. I will also not sugar coat this review in the least. With that being said, this product is the most worthless device I’ve ever had the opportunity to waste my money on. No lie. I received this product on Friday at 10AM. I immediately installed it according to instructions……three feet above my garbage and recycling cans in my garage. It’s humid as heck in rural Iowa. Rain is approaching which means the flies are everywhere. Three days I ran this POS and I trapped a total of a handful of flies. Please see photos. Oh, I caught a few sweat bees and several mosquitos but flies…. lol, it’s laughable. For a brand that advertises fly control, please stop. I’ve had 1000% better luck with a 50 cent fly strips than I experienced with this 333 dollar, 70+ watt trap that costs more to operate every year than the original purchase price ( new bulbs, new glue traps). Please everyone, save your money. You can purchase a fly swatter for a dollar at the store, I assure you, it will work better.
