All good stuff for a pre-Teen!
I first heard Lion, Witch & Wardrobe as a reading on ‘Auntie BBC’ in 1959! & I pestered my Mum for a copy! Eventually it came out in paperback & I discovered the other stories in the series.

CS Lewis is forever a favorite author and teacher. Narnia is a remarkable, beautiful series and my 9 year old has listened to all 7 books 3 times in no time.

So fun! We love the Narnia books my kids can listen to them over and over now, so worth it, if you do not have the set for your Yoto player it's a must. A great way to get expose your kids to good literature.

I am impressed that the Yoto company was able to get a hold of these audible books. There is nothing as good as these books for children, in my opinion, especially if you are trying to form their imagination in a beautiful way. That being said, tuck away The Last Battle and save it for later years, the above 10 crowd. The first six are best. That last one is eschatological and too dark for younger children-- it deals with the end of Narnia and is too startling for younger kids, who are not ready to wrap their minds around the ideas in it.
