Bought two of these. They stay flexible even when stored in the freezer. Wrap them in a tea towel or pillow case when using against your skin. Recently had hip replacement surgery and was advised to ice my hip area. Ice cubes are hard and lumpy and too cold and have to be moved about constantly. These are perfect for the job. They can flex around the outside of an area or you can hold it on to make it fit in just about anywhere. They feel as if they are filled with a gel substance and are nice and soft. They stay cool for long enough and then back in the freezer, totally reusable. So glad I got these, they have helped enormously in my recovery. I can thoroughly recommend.

Froze for 2 hours. Cold lasted ages. Compared to more expensive ones. Don’t spend more. Buy this! Used for facial swelling waiting for impacted wisdom teeth to be removed. I’ll be using them for after that too. Cheap and definitely does the job 👍

Good product, had one for years but needed new ones now. Only gripe is that the smaller one was sent without packaging (great for the enviro so 👍🏽) but the address label was stuck directly onto the product and has been an absolute pain to remove. Even some recycled paper wrapping would have helped. So 4 stars instead of 5

How much pain relief you get is going to depend on the type and severity of your injury. It worked as well as any other cold thing has for my dodgy knee. It was in the freezer compartment of my refridgerator for 4-5 hours and it came out as flexible and soft as when it went in. Being flat and thin also made it easy to balance on my leg and leave both hands free compared to the bag of potato croquettes it replaced.

Always used this brand as pain managment ice support when i was young and competitive in gym for a long time at a high level. Now after fluke accident and wheelchair bound i will still come to this for pain managment. Prefered as ice pack but just as good as warm instead. Very flexable gel. Fits to the most complicated body part. Very effective. Vey happy committed customer for this brand.

i cant recommend this enough. i had back surgery 2010 and went through weeks of agony and no sleep. its wasn't till i went to physio that they told me about these ice packs. with in 5 mins the pains gone i would recommend a minimum of 2 so you can keep one in freezer.

I have used these to cool a hamstring strain. They lie flat in the freezer and don't take much space and don't freeze so they are flexible and so they bend a little and I can wrap them around my leg with a support. They stay cool/cold for 10+ minutes. Great for what I need.

Works effectively, quite bendy and easily fits the contours of neck and, shoulders. Would have given 5 stars of it was bundled with a bespoke size cover as it is not a standard size.

Le produit est assez solide, il retient bien le froid avec une forte intensité lors des premières minutes qui permet de soulager les douleurs. Cependant le gel à cristallisé au bout de deux à trois utilisations, une sorte de givre s'est formé dans l'enveloppe qui est maintenant rigide à plusieurs endroits.

Revêtement extérieur trop fragile ! Je suis déçue de mon achat quoique pour le prix ... je ne devais pas m'attendre à plus !
