Customer service was very responsive and friendly.
This is a great home safe at an affordable price. Owned the safe for almost a year and misplaced one of the three security keys but was able to open it with the emergency electronic backup supplied with the safe. Contacted the company and within 10 days, I received a replacement key at no cost! Outstanding customer service!

Safety not good
Pretty Nice safe on the 2nd try Only thing is no way to bolt safe to your floor came with bolts but no holes in bottom of safe to attach

Above my expectations
The packaging was excellent just like the product. The safe looks like a commercial product instead of a personal product. The build quality is above my expectations and there are several different ways to set the security locks.
