Holy moly I have never tasted better water. I used a Britta before but felt that it still tasted funny and wasn’t sure how much it was actually filtering the water. We’ve had this product about 6 months now and there is no going back😂 the water tastes like NOTHING (no metal/weird taste). We live in Iowa and the water quality here is scary at times. I truly can tell a difference with this water filter!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Filters are typically replaced once per month, and I have to recharge the device roughly once every other filter change (SUPER reasonable!!). I would guess this device fills up roughly 3 of my 32 ounce hydro jug water bottles. The water does come out kind of slow, but it makes me feel better knowing it’s filtering it well. Water is filtered as it comes out of the spicket, so you don’t have to wait for it to filter before using (it does both at the same time). Highly recommend!!!

I ordered this because I was getting a new fridge without water in the door because we had so much much trouble with the water line in our last fridge. I’ve only had it a few days but so far I’m very pleased. It fits perfectly in my door pocket and looks sleek and attractive. I even have enough room for my hummingbird food next to it so it’s not too bulky like some of the other water filtration containers. It came with a small charge so I charged it overnight and it is still going. It holds plenty of water for my husband and I not sure how often you have to fill it for a large family. The electronic touch to pour is great and stays on until you touch it a second time. It has a nice sturdy handle so it’s easy to take to the sink and fill. It filters the water as you pour it. Water tastes great, soft and clean. I am very happy with it so far.

Water filter worked only a few weeks before the sensor light was not functioing properly. Continuousy showing the filter needs to be replaced.

I received this product on 1/2/24, today is 2/5/24 and the light has already changed to purple indicating I need to change the filter. I don't use this but once, maybe twice a day for a cup of water when I get home from work. For it to indicate that I already need to replace the filter has me questioning how much this is going to cost me in the long run. I bought this to help reduce the amount of water bottles I was buying.

However the replacement filters are bit pricy.

everyone should have a water filter for drinking water there's a difference between City water and well water it's amazing when it runs through a filter how much different it taste I think people should worry about the water table and I don't have any use and trust in any of the water companies but I would recommend this I like it

I’ve had for a little over a month now. I purchased because my previous water filter dispenser couldn’t keep up with the demand of my household. I purchased this filter because i liked the automatic dispenser and it was bigger than the one I had. Initial use was great, the filter lasted for about 5 weeks. The charge life is great, had to charge for the first time a couple days ago. I give this 2 stars because when I went to change the filter the indicator light for a new filter never changed and the water quality has not been the same. I’m not sure if there is some sort of reset I’m supposed to do that wasn’t indicated in the instructions but at this point I’m looking into another filter for my home.

Stopped charging after 2 months, only works when plugged in which means we can never keep it in the fridge. Also temperamental when it’s plugged in.

Like the slim design, water dispenser part can be a little longer for refilling kettles and other containers than a cup. Double touch sensor on the dispenser is not sensitive as all. Filter life bothers me the most. I used it less than a month or 100L and the light indicates that filter needs to be changed. Brita gives a 3-month replacement timeframe and much cheaper.

I received the box , it was wet inside and the filter was full of water, something like used filter.
