What is the difference between a vl2330 and a br 2330 battery?

The vl2330 has welded tabs on it where the br2330 is a coin style.

Are these carded or loose? How does one know the expiration or manufactured date?

Ours arrived loosely packed - no dates. Did not last very long.

What’s the difference between br 2330 and cr 2330?

CR lithium batteries offer higher voltage discharge than br lithium batteries. BR batteries are slightly more stable. You will not notice these differences. The batteries are otherwise interchangeable. Buy either one for replacing old batteries.
