Tube is hard to squeeze out contents. Not as convenient as I previously purchased, and more expensive!

Can’t open the lid and it is impossible to get it open.
Terrible. The Cap doesn’t unscrew because the cap is totally sealed. It Cannot be opened unless I use a knife on it and then it would be too damaged to use.

Die erste Creme die mir wirklich hilft. Meine Hände sind sehr trocken und rissig gewesen. Und ich vertrage kaum eine Handcreme. Diese schon und es ist die erste die hilft sei Jahren. Ich bin total begeistert!!!
