This is much easier to use than the all in one stamper.

The stamper works as advertised and comes with a pre-inked pad. It makes it so easy to see when the eggs were collected. The stamp is a bit small - it has to be to stamp on an egg. I don't use the year part of the stamp, just the month and day.

I love the concept of this, and it basically serves our needs; however, it is pretty difficult to use. The stamp is designed to work on a flat surface, and trying to stamp on the curved surface of an egg is quite difficult. Often times my hand slips and the stamp gets smudged. Also, I find that the ink often gets smudgy after sitting in the refrigerator. I think one would be much better served by a stamp that is designed to match the curvature of the egg surface. All that said, I am glad that I can now tell when my eggs were laid. I have started stamping the top of the egg carton so that I can quickly look at that and tell how old those eggs are without having to open the carton.

very hard to get a clear stamp on an egg with this thing. it takes practice and technique but you still cant be 100%

When I ordered this egg stamp, there were only 2 reviews. One of them mentioned it being too large for regular eggs. I was concerned since my girls only started laying this week that my bantam-sized eggs would do terrible with a stamp too large for full-sized eggs! However, I realized that rolling the stamp is how it fits any sized egg easily. I didn’t like the pencil dating I was doing waiting on this stamp, so I’m glad it works as well as I’d hoped! Also, I like that the ink easily wipes off the numbers with a paper towel to keep my stamp clean.

The months are alternating upside down and right side up. We use this for home use so not business related but for 22$ kind of expected to get a product worth the price. This is not it.
