kay so I'll start out with my one (only 1!) complaint. The charger cord that came with the speaker is this weird little flat USB dongle that doesn't fit into any normal USB ports (see other reviews that mention this). Easy fix though because the port on the speaker itself is a USB-C input and I have a million USB-C cords. So no worries there. Now for all the GOOD STUFF. Size: small but MIGHTY. The speaker doesn't feel like it's flimsy or easily breakable. It's hefty but not *too* hefty. It clips right onto my bag and is so nice and portable. Sound: again, this thing is small but mighty. The sound quality is great. The bass levels are just right, and it seems to handle the highs and lows just as well as any other portable speaker out there. I like that it has speakers on both the front and the back, so the sound gets distributed really well. Price: for $10 cheaper than its biggest competitor (not naming any name brands here), this thing was a home-run for me. Plus I'm a sucker for anything Skullcandy! Waterproof: As with any electronic device that claims it's waterproof, I'm not going to risk testing that until an unavoidable accident occurs. If such an event does happen, I'll come back and update this review with the results. It's gotten splashed a little bit while I've been out kayaking, but nothing to truly "test the waters" (see what I did there?) And saving the best for last, BATTERY: I don't know how this thing hasn't died yet, but I've been using it almost every day since I got it (about a week and a half ago), and each time I've used it has been for about 4-5+ hours per use—probably about 30ish hours total— I just checked the battery life and it's still at 90%. Insane! If you're on the fence about purchasing, just do it!!

My son absolutely LOVES these! We have now bought three of them. He keeps one in his car so he can listen to music when he has breaks at work. He plays it while he is getting ready. It is small and can go almost anywhere. He'll use it on the windowsill while he is taking a shower. It was really easy to connect with blue tooth. The sound is really good for such a small product. He bought one for his girlfriend as the design is stylish for anyone!

Works, loud enough, good battery.

I like this speaker, when it works right, the sound is solid and strong. I use them almost exclusively as a stereo pair and in this mode, they can sometime be very finicky. The sound can be distorted and one of the channels may drop out from time to time. I've found that if they are powered on in a certain way (not at the same time, and the main speaker is powered on first) they tend to connect to each other with a much more robust and trustworthy connection. If they connect well, they will play as a stereo pair for hours without any problems. The speakers "remember" if they are a wirelessly paired and re-pair automatically when powered on, when they are having a really bad pairing day, I've found that if they are un-paired powered off and re-paired AFTER connecting one of them to your device, they tend to work out their issues and play well together. I think a firmware update would probably fix these issues. I'd buy again.

Sound is great and small enough to clip to my backpack when hiking.

Some kid in campground tried to kick it into the pool but it survived, it had also been carried around on a belt loop dropped in sand, dirt, ash and had like six pin needle stuck in it and ended up unscathed so definitely my favorite but it’s sound quality is only better depending on where it’s facing and it’s power on and off are on a fixed volume. It’s quality can be fixed on your phone but it and only do so much.

Much as I love skull candy headphones never thought they would make a lil speaker it's worth the money

Great speaker, can get a little tinny with higher volume indoors, but for walking , or just general listening, does a great job, always keep it in my shed and take it with me on my travels

honest price for a little speaker ! really easy to transport , connection very fast , sound very loud of course not for open space. battery long lasting , very impressed for the price paid! really recommended
