It works good!
It works! For the price, I actually expected it to not work or at least not very well, but I used it to locate a leak in my ac coil and it only took a few minutes to detect the leak. With this detector, I was able to get the ac manufacturer to replace the unit.

Detected a gas leak on my freestanding propane fireplace. Life saver in more ways than one!

Good quality tool , and very handy to narrow down leaks for soapy solutions.
Great value for the money. Just follow the instructions and understand how these work. They need to "warm up in clean air", and need to be periodically purged in clean air to clear the sensor. This tool is invaluable for systems like multi head minisplits, with hidden flares.

Worth the investment
Definitely works and gets the job done. If you need something cheap and useful or maybe you’re just starting out. This is the way to go. Only reason it wasn’t given a 5 star is because the sensor is too sensitive and be easily damaged. Other than that, it works great and will absolutely help you find a leak!

Great sensitivity and easy
Way better than my other current meter at picking up smaller leaks, at least for R410. And easy to use. And claims a 10 year life. Not tested that yet, but that would be great. Was an issue with my last sniffer that did not last more than a year or so it seemed.

Get what you pay for
Horrible product, purchased 4. All worked ok for 3/4 months and none of them no longer detect leaks. Manufacture will not warranty or stand behind product. Going back to D-Tek, much more expensive but atleast you can locate leak and mfg stands behind product

Bom ainda eu não utilizei o equipamento em campo, porém a única coisa que eu fiz foi ligar o aparelho e realizei a calibragem por cerca de 30 segundos,o manual de instrução é todo em inglês,Infelizmente eu vou ter que traduzir para que eu possa entender a sua funcionalidade. Acompanha os10 Filtros,um cabo USB e o manual de instrução, e também a maleta 💼 plástica. Não sei se é normal ao Tocar na ponta do sensor e ele ficar tocando, tem momentos que para de tocar ao pega na ponta do sensor. Eu achei que não valeu tudo isso, o preço está muito caro.
