I bought one of these for my mom to use in her car, and she absolutely loves it. After seeing how much it helped her, I ordered one for myself to use in my office chair. YESSS!!! Okay, so I had two surgeries last year on my tush, plus I was recently diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease (which affects my spine and vertebrae). So sitting requires a cushion. I had an older vehicle which had the most comfortable seats ever, but I bought a new car on Thursday, and my only complaint about the new car was the seats were hard as a rock. I looked at everything on Amazon and most things had great reviews. So, I took a shot in the dark and tried this. IT'S SO COMFORTABLE!! It's about 4 inches thick and has a soft, velvet cover. I sat down on this thing and OMG it was perfect. I sunk right down and there was no pain whatsoever.
