Satisfying nibble
I have really enjoyed these protein bites. I usually have two at a time and they satisfy my cravings and hold me over until my next meal.

Aviso: los primeros bocados (del de chía/vainilla) saben a cartón caducado :) los siguientes son un poco adictivos, y me atrevo a señalar a la gran cantidad de azúcar que contienen como culpable. Le doy 3 estrellas por estos 2 motivos y el precio. Calculo que me servirá para sustituir 3-4 comidas a lo mucho, y el paquete tiene la altura de una mano (de mujer) y es la mitad o menos de ancho que en la foto. ** Rectifico: me está dando para bastantes más comidas. Llena bastante, además. 4 * El 25% de azúcar ya imagino que me dará un hambre voraz tras digerirlo. Recomiendo comerlos lentamente y beber mucho agua mientras - así llenan de verdad. Elige otro sabor si quieres que sepa a algo, ya que este no sabe NADA a vainilla (aunque yo he comprado aposta el sabor con peores reviews para no engancharme).

Ich mag diese, da sie nicht so süß sind. Für mich sind ein oder zwei Stück ausreichend und ich muss keine ungesunden Alternativen nehmen.

I find it a great protein snack, sweet and natural. The only problem is the price because I can't get more of it but it's pretty good!

These are a great alternative to regular protein bars which have a long list of ingredients and mostly chocolate and caramel variations. The bites can be taken in a gym bag or to a hot destination without melting or getting sticky or impossible to eat without a mess. I put some in a small sealed tub to take to gym or on holiday. They are expensive but nothing else out there that travels well, is easy to eat and digest. Also just a few bites will curb your appetite if you have to wait a while to eat. They are not completely sugar free as have natural sugars in dried fruits etc but no sweeteners. I do like low sugar protein bars but trying to wean myself off them as I know they are all UPF.

Geschmacklich sind sie echt sehr lecker Leider sind die Bites ein dicker fetter Klumpfen in der Verpackung und somit kann man sich nur Teile rauszupfen und nichts einzeln entnehmen - aber geschmacklich toll somit stört es mich nicht wirklich
