It was a big hit with my child! The whole process of mixing the potion and revealing the mermaid inside the bottle was super exciting. Marena is adorable, and the detail is really impressive. The only downside is that the reveal is a one-time thing, but the doll is cute enough to make up for it. Overall, a fun and magical experience!

This is a Christmas Present so cannot comment on how good the toy is once opened.However, it was bigger than I expected so hopefully this will translate into a good purchase.Colours were lovely and the idea seems very good.Unusual shape therefore it was interesting to wrap.

I am an adult collector and usually only buy Bratz dolls but I decided to buy this doll when it was on sale for £16 instead of £25 and I’m glad I didn’t pay that much as I don’t feel the quality matches that high price, or even the £16 due to the doll feeling very lightweight. This to me makes it feel cheap. I have had no issue with other dolls of this height or smaller, they always have weight to them. The doll doesn’t seem sturdy and I imagine it could break easily. I checked the movement of all the limbs and when moving the legs, both seem to of popped out the more I live them, revealing he plastic they are attached to. I don’t know if this is a defect or it’s just cheaply made. Her right eye also seems to have a line printed through the print which does bug me but I can’t be bothered returning since I’ve had to use up all the mixture first in order to reveal her. The stand that you get with her is pretty useless and can have a habit of tippling over easily. She’s a pretty little doll but if you’re worried about receiving a defective doll, it may be a pain since you may have to use all the magic mixture first before seeing the doll.

A gift for my daughter on her list for Christmas. It was good value for money as got in sale. She is 7 and was able to complete the process of getting the doll with some support. Doll is small but daughter is happy so no complaints other than the use of plastic...

I was so blown away be how lovely the doll is that I had to write this review. The hair is soft and there is plenty of it. The face is nicely sculpted and there is neck, shoulder, elbow and hip articulation. I think I might start collecting them
