Honestly should be much higher rated than it currently is. This was the first USB hub I've bought and my second one is nowhere near its level. I often pair it with samsung dex to run games like minecraft in desktop seamlessly with a portable mo and it helps me use ethernet tethering for my mobile hotspot to my laptop. It's lasted me a good year and a half with no issues, works with keyboard, mouse, power, HDMI, and ethernet all at once. In all that time, still no damages, and the way the design lays out the ports is in a way that plugging all of those in doesn't get in the way of my setup. Honestly would buy another if a good discount came around again. Lost it, and freaked out until I finally found it again

Fails do to pd to my rog ally and when I have keyboard mouse monitor plugged in it would just keep cycling through everything power pd fails to delivery on my power bank shows 50w then 5w then it resets not sure if I just got a bad unit but send like a quality issue. There is no issues if you use a power brick but not sure if it's a pd issue or quality issue. Update: After customer service wants to prove me wrong they decided to send me a unit for me to test looks like i had a bad sample unit on my first purchase but customer service is excellent and stood by their product. After hevey testing with the orignal ssd using a 10gbps adapter and a 165hz screen and my anker 737 power bank it's a great on the go dock for when you need to whip out a decent spec handheld into a monitor while being powered by a battery bank.

I bought it a while ago and it works great. Sometimes one of the monitors disconnects, but it's just a matter of plugging and unplugging the HDMI port and that's it. Although it would be ideal if this didn't happen... The problem I'm having is that I moved and lost the hub-to-PC connection cable. I connected it with another Type-C to Type-C cable, and it works, but I'm not getting a signal from the monitors. Does anyone know why this could be happening? I've read in other reviews that HDMI ports tend to fail; I hope that's not the case. I would appreciate any help regarding this. But overall, the product, up until this issue, was working very well!

I plugged everything in according to the instructions, but it did not work at all when I connected it to my Acer laptop. It was not compatible. When I contacted the manufacturer for support, they wanted $5 to talk to them. To me, their AI Customer service had some nerve. It would not answer a simple question. It kept funneling me to talk to a technician for a $5 fee. *%@!! really?!!? What a bad taste. I'm pissed! I would have tried to work with/troubleshoot the device some more, but the support from the manufacturer took all of the wind out of that sail! Refund ASAP!

This item is fantastic and allows me to plug in one USB C into my laptop to get everything working. No mess and always consistent in function. I should have bought this a lot sooner and saved the hassle with all the wires. Allows for multiple monitors, wireless USB keyboard and mouse, camera, external speakers, etc. Very small and compact so I can hide it in the back and not worry about all the wires.

Takes little desk space, and amplifies access to a laptop

Works great for saving space on my desk and making a quick one plug connection to my laptop. No latency issues at all.

This stopped working after 6 months. So disappointing.

I found this docking station to be very useful while it was working, allowing me to easily connect multiple devices to my laptop. While I did experience some issues with the product after about 6 months, the seller was incredibly helpful and promptly sent me a replacement unit. Overall, despite the product's small size and affordability, it proved to be a valuable addition to my setup.

I am using Mac Air(2020), UHD monitor(supports 60hz). Overall this device is good, excluding an one fact that it does not support 4K 60hz only supports 30hz. I wish I could know it before buying.

I have this hub for the last 6 months and before that I had a couple from a different brand. It looks good, the cables lock firmly the cable connecting to my Mac and the adapter seem well built. The issue I have is that sometimes I loose network and in order to get it back the only solution is to disconnect the hub, thus all devices connected to it a reconnect it. As I said, over the years i had two more hubs and I didn't experience this issue. EDIT : Much to my surprise Baseus contacted me offering either reimbursement or sending me a new unit. I opted for the latter and received a new unit which exhibits no issue and the my HDMI connected 4K monitor goes up to 60Hz from 30Hz now. I couldn’t test it for higher refresh rates. Therefore, I change my rating from *** to *****

öncelikle ürün çok şık ve çok kalite. ancak ben bu ürünü MacBook Air m2 bilgisayarım için almıştım. özellikle de usb ve kart okuyucuları için. ürün Lenovo Thinkpad laptopumda yani windowsta kusursuz ve çok hızlı çalışıyor. üstelik type-a yı type-c ye dönüştüren basit bir adaptör ile tüm özellikleri mükemmel çalışıyor. MacBook Air m2 ye taktığımda ise hem tf hem de sd kart okuma kısmında kopmalar oluyor veri transferi asla yapamıyorum. karttaki video ve fotoları asla harddiske atamıyorum. geri kalan özellikleri kusursuz ve hızlı bir şekilde çalışıyor. resmen sd ve tf kartlarımdaki verileri almak için windows bilgisayara geçmek zorunda bırakıyor beni. aslında üründen memnunum ama bunu neden yaptığını hala anlayamadım. bu durum beni çok rahatsız ettiği için de 2 yıldız kırdım. bu arada güç adaptörünü bu cihaza bu cihazı da MacBook uma takarak 100 watta kadar ki gücü hub ın içinden geçirerek deneyim belki ekstra enerji gerekiyordur dedim ama maalesef o da olmadı. asla sd ve tf kısmı MacBook da çalışmıyor ama windowsda çalışıyor. çok ilginç bir durum. benzer sorun yaşayan var mı merak ediyorum... Güncelleme: Yorumum ile ilgili önemli bir güncelleme yapmak istiyorum. Ancak Amazon Türkiye bu gönderiyi reddetti ve satın alma yapılmadan böyle bir gönderi yapılamayacağını belirtti. Aynı tarihlerde tesadüfen Hollanda’ya geldim. Ve Alisa’ya yazdım Hollanda’da şu adresteyim acaba buraya göndermeyi deneyebilir misin diye. O da Amazon Hollanda için bunun uygun olduğunu belirtti ve Hollanda adresime ürünün yenisini kargoladı. Ürün Amazon aracılığı ile adresime ulaştı. Ürünü denedim öncekinden daha iyi ve stabil çalışıyor. Buradan Alisa’ya sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.
