Clear Blue Cupping Kit for Massage Therapy

I love this clear blue set! I have used cupping therapy for over 6 years personally and professionally. Having used various types of cups shapes and sizes and various electric or what not,so glad I am giving these silicone cups a try. Easy to apply all over the body, easy to position especially around bony areas and yes it takes a little practice to get the strength you desired but it works very well. I used on face, neck, arms, shoulders. back, neck, legs and ankles and yes it will reduce pain and help to improve the fascia. Don't give up and keep practicing using them and even stack them together to use on one area to give a better suction and move your body area with cups on. You will find these flexible cups amazing. They are easy to carry too. I am liking these more vs the pump one or the electric ones due to how fast and easy they can be applied and moved around the bony areas. If you want to do glide cupping, yes oils are essential. Otherwise they stay well in the spot without any lotion or oil. They give you a quick pain relief discreetly during the day if you are at work or driving.

I recently tried a soft silicone cupping set, and I have to say—it’s been a surprisingly easy way to add a bit of self-care into my routine. Ease of Use: Unlike traditional glass cupping, these silicone cups are lightweight, flexible, and don’t require fire or a pump. You simply squeeze them to create suction, which makes them far less intimidating for beginners. Comfort: The soft material is gentle on the skin and moves smoothly with a bit of massage oil. This is perfect for people who find hard plastic or glass cups too intense. The adjustable pressure (just squeeze more or less) makes it easy to control how deep the suction goes. Effectiveness: I’ve mainly used them for neck tension and sore shoulders after long days at my desk. After a few minutes of gliding the cups over muscles, I can feel increased warmth and reduced stiffness. It’s not quite the deep release you’d get from a professional therapist, but for at-home maintenance, it’s surprisingly effective. Cleaning & Maintenance: Since they’re made of silicone, they’re super easy to wash with warm soapy water. No delicate handling needed. Pros: • Beginner-friendly and safe • Portable and lightweight • Adjustable suction without special equipment • Easy to clean Cons: • Suction isn’t as deep as glass cupping (may not be enough for very tight muscles) • Some might find the rolling technique tricky at first • Slight redness afterward (normal, but worth noting) Bottom Line: If you’re looking for an affordable, approachable way to try cupping at home—especially for light to moderate muscle tension—a soft cupping set is a great choice. It won’t fully replace a professional session, but it’s perfect for quick self-care and ease while traveling.

Good quality and work well. Note that the lavender ones are opaque, not translucent. Since lotion/lubricant is needed for cups to work properly, I’ll also note that these are easy to clean.

They definitely help relieve pain, but you may need to use an oil with them to help them stay on skin.

Inexpensive cups for soft tissue injury relief. Very soft material, very easy to use, creates good therapeutic effect. Three different sizes offer great versatility. I’ve used multiple times, and they seem to be very durable.

Great price and the suction is great for me at least and it is a bit intense when pulling it the cups off but that might be from me leaving them on for a good amount of time I am use to cupping hence me being a LMT I enjoy cupping so much the only thing I was not expecting was the size of the cups I expected them to be a little bit bigger but I have other big cups that I pair these with so it works out anyway! Delivery was fast. I recommend this for anyone with a love for cupping therapy!

The plastic is extremely too thick. Does not suction upon pressing the top and it doesn’t stick to the body like it should. Horrible quality and highly inefficient for massage therapists… honestly for anyone looking to learn cupping. They aren’t comfortable to hold or press either. Just got them and will immediately be sending them right back. This isn’t worth your money.
