Fantastic CCTV camera. Thought we would get one for peace of mind and came across this camera for a very good price of £40 (on an offer). It was very easy to install and the picture quality is excellent, don’t need to pay for a subscription we bought a micro SD card to put into ours so have plenty of storage, connects to WiFi no bother. Nigh vision is great and the tracking is also excellent. Only thing I can’t seem to find though is how to reduce the range of its tracking, we got a ton of notifications whenever someone walks past the house but that’s the only thing I can’t seem to figure out

Incredible value for money. This camera with it's tracking and recording of motion is simply brilliant. Easy to install....although I would connect it to your WiFi network before installing it. The picture clarity and night colour vision is really good. The two way sound is also useful IE you can speak to "people"who are in the range of vision ( which is almost 360 degrees!) and the camera will follow and record movement.

Good photography but in low light it is weak

Excellent camera, the auto tracking function is very speedy we find, and the images are very clear. In our situation it's just about perfect. Seems to be great quality camera, definitely value for money, and certainly highly functional - it lives up to its description well, and we found much more expensive ones didn't compare. The app is great too, very easy to find what you're looking for. We have 2 of them, and cloud storage for both is a lot cheaper than some makes.

I've just installed this 3k c8c camera replacing an older hikvision camera. I am in the UK and did not get paid to write this. Given I'm the first UK review this model seems to have only just been made available here. It was on offer when I bought it. First the bad. The quality of the case while ok is not the same quality if plastic of the old hikvision camera. The mounting bracket is just adequate if the camera is up high but if anyone can reach it it can be stolen in a second from the supplied quick release bracket. The good. Simplicity itself to setup. No web interface like the old hikvision all done in the app. No need to sign up to pay for cloud storage if you are happy installing an SD card. Human detection seems to work and it tracks me around. Keep in mind this is human detection though not face detection/recognition. Same for cars. Detects cars but doesn't record number plates as data. Picture quality is very good in daylight. At night it's about the same as my old high end hikvision (which had nicha LEDs). I leave it in smart mode overnight. It sits in IR mode and turns on it's (warm) white lights to record in colour when it detects Human/car. Camera has one way or two way sound and a reasonably loud alarm that can be set off on detection or manually triggered. Camera comes with waterproofing connector for an ethernet cable if required and comes with an extension cable for the barrel cable for the power. I assume you'd need to inject and split if you wanted POE but I don't need it in this location so not tried. It occasionally records the odd bug fly by even though it only has human/car AI and not area/line crossing detection enabled but far less than the hikvision did.

Very Disappointing – Returned After One Day I was really disappointed with this EZVIZ camera. First of all, the viewing angle is extremely narrow, much smaller than expected, and it misses a lot of what I need to monitor. Secondly, the app does not allow you to turn off the LEDs or IR lights at night, which is a basic feature for most cameras. I asked customer service several questions about the night lights and IR settings, and they simply did not answer. Very poor support. The image quality is also not great. Even during the day, the colours look unnatural and washed out, and at night the picture becomes even worse under normal ambient light. Finally, the audio is a serious problem. When the house is completely quiet, the camera records loud humming, grunting noises, and strange deep or female voices. It honestly sounds like the house is haunted. This is not acceptable for a security camera. Overall, I cannot recommend this product. I returned it immediately and switched to another brand that performs much better.

Works well, as advertised.

Have not installed the camera yet, but picture quality seems good. The main issue I have is that a waterproof housing is supplied for the ethernet connector, but no housing or seal for the power connection which is in the same position. Contacted the manufacturer and they have advised to place the power connector out of the rain, this is very difficult with such a short cable..... not a good start for an outdoor camera. Having to spend another £5 on amalgamating tape to seal this connector. Tapo provide a seal with their camera for the power cable, don't know why Ezviz can't do the same. Also, there is no way to seal the ethernet port if it is not being used, some serious flaws here. Update after 1 week: Lost another star as privacy areas can't be set. Camera detects movement, and follows the movement (bird, cat) over into the neighbour's yard. I now have a tracking camera with the tracking/panning disabled to avoid issues with my neighbour's.

Ero da tempo alla ricerca di una camera da esterno che potesse essere gestita comodamente da smartphone. Tra le tanti presenti in commercio ho deciso di acquistare questa che, oltre ad avere un prezzo competitivo, è prodotta da un brand (ezviz) che è sinonimo di affidabilità e che "sforna" sempre prodotti di grande qualità. Ho installato la camera sul balcone della mia abitazione da oltre 2 mesi durante i quali né caldo né temporali forti l'hanno smossa/rovinata. Vi racconto le mie impressioni/considerazioni. INSTALLAZIONE A MURO In confezione troviamo tutto il necessario per fissarla a muro senza particolari problemi. Una volta praticati i tre fori bisognerà utilizzare le viti metalliche per fissare la base (solida e robusta). Possiamo regolare manualmente l'inclinazione dalla camera grazie allo snodo. A questo punto basterà alimentarla collegandola ad una presa di corrente. Per la connessione ad internet possiamo scegliere di utilizzare il wifi 2.4Ghz (le due antenne garantiscono un ampio raggio di copertura) oppure connetterla con cavo di rete al modem di casa. CONFIGURAZIONE (mediante applicazione) Dopo aver collegato il telefono alla rete wifi e scaricato l'applicazione dallo store bisognerà creare un account. Nella home dell'applicazione vedremo, in alto a destra, un tastino + che ci darà accesso alla modalità scansione (dovremo scansionare il QR code sulla camera). A questo punto una procedura guidata mostrerà tutte le operazioni da effettuare per accoppiare la camera con il wifi di casa. Al termine avremo pieno accesso alle impostazioni che potremo gestire e settare in base ai nostri bisogni. Anche la versione per computer è semplice e ben fatta, un'ottima alternativa se non si vuole utilizzare lo smartphone o il tablet. CARATTERISTICHE È certificata IP66 quindi resiste alle intemperie senza problemi. Visione notturna: vi garantisco che i video ripresi di notte sono di qualità decisamente ottima grazie al sensore che lavora bene. È possibile selezionare un'area d'azione nella quale la camera rileva movimento (utile, per esempio, se vogliamo eliminare le macchine in strada). Ad ogni movimento (possiamo scegliere la sensibilità) riceviamo una notifica sullo smartphone. Sempre dalle impostazioni possiamo decidere di far attivare la sirena ed emettere una luce stroboscopica. Ha speaker e microfono incorporato. Ho molto apprezzato la possibilità di utilizzare una micro SD (fino a 128gb) sulla quale si può registrare in loop. In alternativa c'è il Cloud ezviz che, a seguito di una prova gratuita di un mese, è a pagamento (ma offre davvero molte funzioni oltre alla comodità di avere i video sempre accessibili e ben protetti). Qualità costruttiva generale ottima: solida e resistente. COMPATIBILITA' ALEXA Fantastica l'integrazione Alexa - camera. Le personalizzazioni sono tante, si potrà per esempio dire "Alexa, mostra la telecamera" oppure, se si hanno più camere, rinominarle e dire "Alexa, mostra camera balcone" piuttosto che "mostra camera giardino". Posso vedere in tempo reale (il ritardo è di massimo 2 secondi) quello che riprende la camera direttamente dal mio echo show. CONCLUSIONI Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto di questo prodotto. Interfaccia dell'applicazione sempre reattiva, video catturati di buona risoluzione, applicazione ben curata e wifi sempre stabile. Se manca la corrente lei ovviamente non funziona più ma non perde i settaggi preimpostati. In oltre due mesi di utilizzo posso dire di non aver mai avuto alcun problema, la consiglio.

J’avais déjà une caméra Ezviz, j’en étais déjà super content malheureusement il y a eu de la condensation au niveau de l’optique que je n’ai pu me débarrasser. Celle-ci est nickel ,rotative et zoom avec suivi.

Leichte Bedienung und Installation und totall funktional!

Très Bonne caméra elle fonctionne toujours sen comps iCloud ou autre juste une carte SIM

kwaliteit is minder dan wat ik verwachtte. H8 met 2MB heeft betere kwaliteit. Sommige opties van EZVIZ app zoals berichtmelding werken niet. Servicedesk is prima. Ik zou gaan voor TP-Link
