Tasty and easy.
So I'd never even heard of this until I had Zoopa Azteca in Barcelona (not showing off, just telling you how I came across them). Anyway, I got these off amazon and they're great. Tasty. Make a Mexican dish more Mexicany, if you get me. Don't use loads of em as they can overtake the flavour but a little sprinkle is just fab.

Delicious with black beans
Having had an amazing dish of Epazote Black Beans in a restaurant, I wanted to try to recreate them at home. These epazote leaves worked perfectly and gave exactly the flavour I was looking for.

difficult to find this fantastic herb in UK.
Huge thanks to the Seasonal Pioneers for making this very fantastic healthy herb available. I was looking for it everywhere in the shops in London couldn't find it. the package of 10 gr Epazote leaves herbs which was very smart came with a Worldwide seasoning reference Guide, I love it and I'll keep it in my bookshelf. I believe Seasonal Pioneers respect both, their business and costumers satisfaction and for this reason I would like to show my respect to them by adding them to my favorite shopping list!

The beans herb
This is a fantastic herb to use with beans. It’s the only herb (I’ve used) that prevents bloating and gas when I cook it with beans (any kind of bean). I’ve tried asofeoteida (which is also good but leaves a sour aftertaste) and kombu strips too. Epazote beats them all hands down. I heaped teaspoon in a pot of beans does the job. Thanks for supplying it!

Very small package
The package came ripped unfortunately. I had to transfer in another plastic back. But the smell and taste is amazing!

Very small but good quality product. Only the leaves are inside, which is perfect as many other sellers include a large quantity of stems. Will buy again.

je n'ai pas fait attention au "10g" et attendais 100g à ce prix. La foto est trompante aussi.

Wie wenig 10 Gramm ist, merkt man erst danach
Das ist eine winzige Portion... ja, mein Fehler, 10 Gramm sind 10 Gramm... aber ich kam mir schon ein wenig veräppelt vor als ich auf der Packung las "One Tablespoon per Portion" und in dem ganzen Beutel hats kaum 4 Tablespoons von dem Kraut drin... das ist dann schon krass, wenn du pro Portion fast 5 Euro für Gewürz ausgibst... Kann kaum so gedacht sein. Riecht aber sehr gut.
