Well made. Feels substantial. Easy to install. Good directions. Easy to program with plenty of options. My only suggestion is that the actual programming instructions are printed in very small type—hard to read. So far, so good.

I was reluctant to try this brand because my rental properties all use the industry leading brand, Schl*ge. However, the much more appealing price convinced me to try it. This is less than half the price, mind you. I was afraid I would get something cheap. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is well built, high quality metal, quality keypad, feels heavy in the hand. I do have some complaints however, but not enough to dock a star from my rating. My number one complaint: when you enter your 4 digit code, you have to finish by pushing the "NICE DIGI" button. This is annoying, bordering on outrageous. All of the other keyless entry systems use the industry leader, and industry pioneer: Schl*ge. On those, you just enter your 4 digit code and the door unlocks immediately. Now, I'm going to be getting calls day and night from tenants and employees all saying "my code doesn't work in this new lock." It adds nothing to security, and now for the next 15 years I'm going to have to push an extra button a hundred times a day to get into these doors. Oh well, I shall live. My #2 complaint is that there is no option to erase all the user codes at once without resetting the whole system. I use a lot of user codes, and sometimes worry i haven't written them all down. Oh well. Here's what they really got right: ONE TIME USER CODES!!! OMG, this is brilliant. Fantastic. I also love that there's a silence feature and a vacation mode. It's also easier to install than the industry leading keyless entry. The cord that passes through the door is so easy. The little wire connector does seem delicate and it's hard to disconnect if you have to move this to a different door or replace the door... there's nothing to grab onto except the wires which is scary. Another thing I like: there are big rubber gaskets that seem way more waterproof than Schl*ge. The style is more modern and it's much more appealing to the eye. Overall, I will be buying these exclusively from now on as my old ones die. This is a great value for the price.

This was a great buy for the garage door going into the house where you don't need a deadbolt. It's super convenient not having to mess with keys anymore and the installation was easy and straightforward. The keypad works smoothly, the handle feels solid, and setting up the code didn't take long at all. I put in my phone to replace the batteries in 1 year - unsure how long it last. Overall, it does exactly what I needed it to do and I'd recommend it for interior or garage entry doors.

This is a wonderful key pad door lock. I installed one at my college students apartment, on the outside door that's located in a sketchy area of town. He had been experiencing strangers walking into their porch area and making themselves at home. This solved that problem. The keypad requires an eight digit code to get in and neither he nor his roommates nor the girls in the other apartment have any problem accessing it. It comes with two keys and easy to understand directions on changing the code. Super easy to install I was able to do it myself in minutes and it seems to be of great quality. I love the rubber guard to protect from the weather, smooth operation when opening door, and easy to change batteries . Loved it so much bought 2 more for our house! Works great and saved money. Easy to set a passcode with the instructions and took 15 minutes to install. Get these instead of the expensive ones elsewhere.

I often forget my keys, and I initially thought I'd just buy a cheap one to make do, but the quality is surprisingly good, and the combination lock is very sensitive. The smart lock has a stylish and elegant design, is simple and convenient to operate, and greatly enhances my sense of security. After installation, entering and exiting is much easier, and I no longer have to worry about forgetting my keys.

This is great! I'm super impressed that it's so sturdy, easy to use, and easy to install for a great price. I've never installed a lock before, but I'm stubborn and like to figure things out myself, so I sat down at my door with hope in my heart and the manual in my hand, and got it done. Zero problems (other than a user-error thing where I put something in backwards, but that's my fault). I'm genuinely surprised at how easy the install was. I've had it installed since early May, and we haven't had a single issue with it. I haven't tried setting one-time-use passcodes or secondary passcodes yet, so I can't speak to that. I do love, though, that you can put any amount of digits before and/or after your code to throw off any potential onlookers, and the door will still open. I also like that you can set how long you want the period between when you unlock and when it auto-locks to be. It bolts very well - I don't have any concerns that someone might be able to kick it in easily or anything. You can't lock/unlock from the inside, but I can't think of an instance where that would matter anyway, since I have it set to auto-lock after a minute and a half, and the inside handle doesn't lock (only the outside handle). I like that it came with a key - I'm always paranoid that the batteries will die without warning (though apparently it warns you with quite a bit of advanced notice), so it's reassuring to have the key on my keychain anyway. just in case. There's no fingerprint recognition, which is honestly fine by me, I feel like I'd just get frustrated having to perfectly align my thumb every time. There's also no wifi to lock/unlock remotely or generate new passcodes on the go, but I'm alright with that for this price. Plus, I kind of worry about wifi connections making the lock easier to hack, but I also don't know what I'm talking about in that regard lol.

Facile à installer (pièces toutes incluses). Le seul bémol (je n'avais pas porté attention en commandant cette serrure) : il n'y pas de loquet à l'intérieur. Donc, à chaque fois que, par exemple, je sors pour aller sur ma galerie et que je ferme la porte, ça barre - c'est un peu gossant, mais c'est de MA faute puisque je n'avais pas porté attention à ce détail. Sinon, joli fini et fonctionne parfaitement.

Installed last night. Can’t get into my house today. Thought this would be a quick solution when I don’t want to carry around a handful of keys and now I’m stuck outside.

Really nice, good construction, thought it was going to suck without an app but it’s actually pretty easy to set or add more codes, I like the light, and the sound isn’t annoying.
