The Concise Mastery (The Robert Greene Collection) Review: Great read before a new job - Robert Greene's "Mastery" is undeniably a thought-provoking and insightful book, deserving of four stars. Greene's exploration of the paths to mastery and the stories of historical figures is incredibly enriching. His in-depth research and practical advice for personal and professional growth are invaluable. However, the reason for withholding that fifth star is the book's occasionally disjointed flow. While the content is exceptional, the organization and transition between chapters can be somewhat abrupt, making it a bit challenging to follow. Nevertheless, "Mastery" remains an essential read for anyone seeking to understand the journey to expertise and self-mastery. Review: Love his books - Love just about so far the books I've read by Robert Greene. Such a powerful mastermind if a writer he is. He never fails us with his messages and way of highlighting them with his brilliance.

Nice & compact
This is a travel friendly book size, it can be brought anywhere and the principles within can be reread very easily due to this reason. I would highly recommend to any athlete who enjoys 48 laws of power but wants a more direct approach to them

A MUST READ
A great book, could not put it down. I wish every teenager/young adult would read this book so it can help them set goals and understand the importance of mastering a skill. Of course, not just young people but adults alike. I just wish I had read this when I was young. Great read. I finished reading it a few months back but it's been on my mind to read it again. I wish my daughters would listen to me and read it. It should be one of the required reads or at least in the list of choices to read in school.

Life challenges you every corners!
Robert helped me whenever I'm in my self doubt. He stood out and encouraged me to be bold by writing a such wonderful handy book! I appreciate his hardworking and his dedication. I have learned a lot from him through his books, his videos.

Perfect refresher! But some ink problems.
I love the smaller size of this edition. I believe a new reader would get more out of reading the full-size edition, but for those who have already read that regular edition this is a great copy to keep on you to read as a refresher. My complaint with all of these "concise editions" of Robert Greene's books (as I have two) is that the ink is not complete on some of the words throughout the book. For instance, the word "this" on one of the pages has the lower half of the letter "t" missing. This occurs on most pages throughout the book - and isn't resigned just to the letter "t." While I have yet to read a passage where the meaning was obscured as a result of incomplete ink, it is noticeable and distracting every time you come across such errors. I wouldn't have thought this to be a problem in modern day book presses.

Concise means short
I accidentally bought the "Concise" version without reading the description. So be careful. If you want the full version, this is NOT it. However, the fact that it is small made it convenient enough for me to carry around. The principles are all in there, so you're not being short-changed. It's just concise as the title says, a shorter version.

Read carefully before ordering the wrong size book.
I didn’t read the review that it was the pocket size version. I thought it was the normal version but it is more convenient to carry around and to learn. I’m glad I still got the book. I was following along with audible and that’s when I realized it was the wrong textbook. Overall I’m satisfied because it simplifies everything. Best book !! Highly recommended it.
