Shape and size of a Haribo gummy bear. Biting into it, the gummy has the consistency of a sour patch kids without the outer coating, just slightly stiffer. This was a great buy during the sale, and I'm glad I got to try these. The taste is sweet enough for me to buy them again, but not overpowering enough to be mistaken for candy.
