This is an amazing pet feeder. The best purchase for my cats. I used to worry that two pet feeders are needed for two cats, but one does the job perfectly. Now I always know how many times my cats eat, how often they come, and sometimes I can see a record of their little pranks and it's very funny. The pet feeder has two compartments. I put treats in the second one. There is also a moisture absorber that needs to be changed once a month so that the food remains of good quality. A large compartment for storing food. In the app, you can track the amount of food and give out a snack if necessary. You can also see daily reports and create a fixed schedule for giving out food. This really changed my life and I stopped constantly thinking about food for my cats, now PetKit takes care of this. Even if you do not have electricity, it will continue to work using batteries. easy to clean and works silently. Of the minuses, I can note the lack of scales in the bowl. It would be nice to also know the weight of the food consumed. But this is more of a wish.

EZ setup and cats seem to really like it. The video is very useful to see who is eating and when. Now I can see which cats eat the most and least. I set it up outside and caught a stray visiting the feeder. I believe the annual cost to access the video is far too high! Plus, I bought 2 and they make you buy another annual plan. I would say this is a rip!

i’ve been using this feeder for a few years now, and it’s been one of my favorite pet gadgets. the camera quality is really clear, even at night, and i love being able to check in on my cats when i’m away from home. the two way audio is a nice feature too. sometimes i’ll talk to them just to see their reaction. billy and elio took to it right away and still come running every time they hear the food dispense. the app has been easy to use, and it’s been reliable with feeding them on schedule every day. i also enjoy getting the motion clips throughout the day because it’s fun seeing what they’re up to when i’m not around. overall, it’s made my life a lot easier and gives me peace of mind knowing billy and elio are fed on time, even when i’m busy or away from home.

Very easy to install, currently using for my cats, but will be getting another down the road for my small dog. It would be good for small dogs, but probably not any over 25 lbs. I was able to set the schedule for the feeding plan up super easily. 10/10, would recommend.

I really really like this. I would have given it five stars except the home screen of their app has a lot of ads. I understand having some but the whole reason I bought this is so that I could monitor my cats eating because he's diabetic. The ads load first so I have to wait a while for it to load the actual video of what is happening on the camera. It also tells me that it needs to reduce the quality of the video because my signal is weak. My signal works fine on everything else in this area so I don't quite understand why this is having trouble. It also seems to have a disconnect between the app and the device on occasion. Loading takes a really long time and sometimes it won't at all. I also don't like the fact that they're trying to push a subscription....and made it kind of tricky to find the difference between the free and the paid plans. I did finally find it but it shouldn't be that difficult. In my case the free is going to work just fine. Perhaps if the connection between it and the app was better I would consider paying, but for less than 4K video and videos/livestream not loading I don't see the point. I also don't like that it gives the illusion that it will measure the kilograms dispensed but doesnt actually do that. Apparently this version doesn't but others do?! However, that was a big reason I purchased this exact one so I'm really sad that feature doesn't work. It's listed on the app but it just shows zero all the time. On the plus side I love the appearance, it is incredibly easy to put together and cleaning and refilling it is very easy. I also love that there is a voice recorded option so your pet knows when food has been dispensed. I also love that you can watch and talk to your pet while they're eating. It even has a feature where you can watch the live stream and call your pet over to give them treats that are unscheduled. The actual feeding schedule is very easy to do and allows you to customize for whatever times/days you want as well as controlling the portions for each. Overall I like it and I think it's fairly priced for what you get. I love all the notifications when my pet is getting food or water, I have a regular water dish but it's right next to this so it's still lets me know when he comes up because the camera has a pretty wide angle. Also the night vision is excellent.
