Best intra workout drink
I've been looking for a zero-sugar hydration option and this is it. The Ice Current flavor is really refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I always take it when im back from playing cricket or even i sometimes mix one tablet in 1lt bottle of water & it really gives u energy with 5-6mins , best for sports use i would say & when u feel really tired but dont take more than one tablet in one day

Overhyped reviews and okayish taste
Not something i would like to drink often as per the taste. Plain water is more thirst quenching than this. Also no any additional energy boost or refresh feeling is seen during intra workout...
