If you are wanting to see what you would look like with dimples or need dimples for a photo shoot or something, these get the job done. They aren't comfortable to wear (duh) but they do deliver exactly what you think they would... an indent in your cheek.

Item was broken and the other does not work at all.

I honestly had/have no expectations for this to actually give someone dimples. They also came with no instructions on how long to keep them on or anything. But I figured I’d try it out.These pictures are from the first day I wore them, for about an hour. When I put them on, it didn’t take long before they started to make my cheeks ache a lot, and after half an hour or so, I got a headache. They left a purple/red circle on my cheeks for an hour or more before it faded.It did make my cheek dimple a little bit at first after I removed it, but I had that goofy looking red spot on my cheek as well. I don’t know if it will work long term, and the listing says it could take 1-8 months. I don’t know if I can handle a daily headache trying to use these, but I’ll keep wearing them for an hour or so each day for as long as I can handle it to see what happens.
