Battery life did not last an hour had to keep charging every 30 minutes not cool

Cannot even hear anything even thoug the volume on my phone or tablet is turned all the way up.

It’s not as small as I’d hoped and it doesn’t sit comfortably in the ear.

Ordered yesterday and arrived today, very impressive! It is small, lightweight and fits my ear perfectly. Easy to set up and the quality of the voice is very good. It comes with a USB so that you can charge it in your car. The earplug has one button, with which you can take a call or reject it and switch between calls. You can even redial the last call with the button.
