Hi Matt, First off, let me say all your questions are great questions to have. It’s great to hear from customers that are educated about the industry. It helps us learn more about what’s important to you, so we can do a better job at making our products genuinely the best. So getting to your questions: In regards to our sourcing practices, our R&D has a certified doctor on staff and is heavily involved with our manufacturers for EVERY PRODUCT to make sure the raw materials used meet whatever criteria we set in our formulas, from natural status to purity. We make sure we meet all these criteria before manufacturing ever begins. Now, let me go into a bit of how we screen the manufacturers we consider working with and how we determine which manufacturers we feel safe working with. Hopefully, this will help give you an understanding of what we go through to make sure our manufacturers adhere to the highest standards of safety and sanitation. We start out with a survey for them to fill out as a part of our vetting process. In this survey, each prospective manufacturer provides information on aspects of their business. From there, we ask them follow up questions regarding their processes and/or request supplementary documentation to support claims made in their survey. This ranges from their standard operating procedures to GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits. Primarily we look for manufacturers that are NSF certified as they have more stringent quality standards than other third party quality systems audits (I can confirm this from personal experience), and for a facility to keep their certification they have to meet criteria set by NSF, which are higher than what the FDA requires. Now, let's talk about third party testing. My personal opinion as to why contamination happens is because a lot of these startup supplement companies don’t have the budget to afford anyone that’s actually worked in the manufacturing process. Therefore, though they may test with every intention of ensuring quality, they may not be selecting the tests that are most necessary or effective in confirming quality. An example of this is… The FDA at minimum, only requires one type of testing as a part of a release for products. So to save on cost, most manufacturers will only do identity testing to confirm a product’s quality as that is normally the cheapest option. We, as a company, decided to make our manufacturers do additional potency testing on all finished goods to make sure our products meet our label claim, which can be missed by doing identity testing alone. As someone with an actual background in quality control/assurance, I think this allows our company to stand out. It’s really important to me that we do things the right way and I feel we are taking steps towards being a better company everyday. Noticed a difference in less than a month.

These seem to help my energy level and overall health. It is not great to having to remember to take 2, whereas I'm used to taking only 1 of a similar product. Only been taking them for a short time (less than a month) so this speaks to their effectiveness. The price is OK compared to what I used before.

I love this product.

I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and this stuff works better than anything I have ever tried. It obviously doesnt cure my issues but I have the energy to work and do a little housework and feel almost normal. I have been taking it for the past 3 weeks. I stopped for a couple of days as an experiment and felt awful again. It does have a lot of b vitamins but I have never gotten energy from them so there is something to this formula that definitely weeks and I will be taking it from now on.

Mitochondria disorder what, never heard if it.History: i had ADHD dyslexia Learning disabilities poor coordination poor memoryAt 68 had thyroid cancer my kidney function went down to 39%.At 70 started getting extremely tired in the afternoons, dizzy, foggy brained low energySo now I'm 76 and I find MitoTrax for Mitochondria (what) disorder not disease.My thyroid is removed, my kidney function was improved by a naturopath,But MitoTrax revived my energy stamina and got rid of my dizziness and foggy brain in 3 days. Because I have Mitochondria disorder. Going to doctors for eight years, they didn't have a clue. Naturopaths never found it. My daughter found it helping her son with Apraxia. Not sure

I am not sure if I liked it or not, I had gotten heartburn after taking it a few times. Sometimes I get it from turmeric. Not sure if it helps or not. Taking an anti biotic right now, will try again when done.

Amazing! This really works!

I felt more sustained energy instantly. I will say this , I took this when I first receievd it , in late evening and I was up all night! Not jittery, not a jolt or high, just up and alert SO do not take this late in day!!!

Weird side effects

I WANTED to like this product! I am 61, have chronic pain and am often exhausted - I heard good things about this new mitochondrial support product and was eager to try. I took a capsule in the morning, and later that night found myself UNABLE to fall asleep; I had repeated hot flashes over and over, and was awake for hours and hours - finally falling asleep in the wee hours of the morning. I have a physically taxing lifestyle and usually fall asleep within minutes of going to bed. I thought this was VERY odd (had never happened before, I have had hot flashes but they have diminished over time), so thought Hmmm, let me try it one more time and see whether it was indeed the supplement causing these weird sleep disturbances. I took another capsule the next morning, and had another awful night where I lay awake for HOURS with repeated hot flashes. After that I figured this was more than a coincidence, and didn't take any more of the capsules. My sleep returned to normal the following night. I am returning the product with frustration, and wanted to leave this review on the off chance someone else has had this experience. It was bizarre, and the rest of the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.
