Automatic Touchless Bathroom Sink Faucet Commercial Sensor Motion Activated

The faucet looks like good quality but my hole plate had what looks like water stains that won't come off. The instruction booklet was poorly written so i just followed the picture illustrations. The motion sensor works as expected. The water did have a metal smell the first few weeks but has since cleared up, I've had it installed for about 6 weeks.

This faucet cost about half what a Moen faucet would cost. The quality of the hoses and box to house the battery and mixer and the faucet itself were excellent. My only complaint is the hoses between the mixer and the faucet could have been longer to give me more option on where to install the mixer and have easy access to the batteries. Other than that, the faucet has been in service for more than a month without any problems showing up.

The single hole in my sink was the same size as the nut that locks in place so couldn't secure faucet to sink and there were no washers in supplied hose connecting the faucet to the controller so leaked where hose connected to faucet. Bought a proper hose at home depot with rubber washers and a large metal washer to hold faucet in place under sink ( I modified with a dremel tool to allow passage of sensor wire) and all fine in end. Motion detection is reasonable but shuts off very quickly. I believe adjustable but didn't bother with

I purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you can't even get parts for the faucets. Don't buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

Going touchless is easy with this unit. The instructions are straight forward. The hot and cold are marked by color and all of the hoses needed are included. Just make sure you can reach the battery unit after the install so you can change the batteries.

I would prefer that I could adjust the flow (I replaced original aerator with a new one to reduce the flow to 0.5 gpm) The sensors sensitivity is OK, no adjustment for time on. It would be great if had adjustment but once again for the price still a good choice.

It was easy to install if you have basic, homeowner plumbing skills. Works good, the sensor is easy to activate. My guests don’t have to wave their hands looking for it.
