Celebrate High Protein Meal Replacement Shakes

Protein powder was recommended by my weight surgery Dr. Because of the high protein amount, I can drink 8 Oz. and stay full well past my lunch time.

This studd is delicious! I add galf a banana and strawberries wirh some crushed ice and its like an ice cream treat. Tastes great with out all that too!

So I first tried it with water, it tastes kinda meh, but the flavors and smells are kind of strong. With milk only, it already tastes 100 times better! The flavors and smells are still strong.
