Discreet, Reliable, and Life-Enhancing
Discreet, Reliable, and Life-Enhancing This is my third time purchasing these, and I can honestly say they’ve given me a level of comfort and freedom I didn’t think was possible with this kind of issue. What used to be a source of daily anxiety and embarrassment is now something I can manage with confidence and DIGNITY. I feel more secure going out to dinner, spending time with friends and family, and even inviting people into my home—things I had quietly started avoiding. They may look long at first glance, but they’re remarkably comfortable—especially compared to traditional pads. The design is thoughtfully narrow where it should be and wider where you need it, making them both effective and discreet. Most of the time, I forget I’m even wearing one. I trust these more than I trust any solution my doctor has offered so far, and that’s saying something. I plan to set up a subscription because they’ve become essential to my daily life. Finding them felt like a real turning point. If you have the option, I highly recommend getting the version that includes the carrying case. It keeps everything neatly in place and prevents the adhesive from coming undone in your bag. My only wish is that the outer packaging was more discreet—but that’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind these offer. I’m truly grateful for this product. It has made a meaningful difference in my quality of life.

very thin and worked
Excellent product. I use due to bleeding hemroids. Pad is thin, dense, soft, 1/8 of an inch thick, and about 12.5 inch long. Is large enough so I do not have to center it perfectly in my underwear. It has a plastic liner on the side of the clothes, exactly what I wanted to not bleed thru (Others are boosters, that flow thru). It also worked when my stool was very soft, on an active day, and protected perfectly for the light leakage that took place.

The size is exact as needed but the sticky strip barely stays.
These were bought for someone with bottom leakage from Crohn's among other issues. When you are already dealing with these the last thing you want to worry about is how you feel comfort wise in your clothes and going out and the worries you already have when you are out. Wearing adult diapers was not wanted and "Wearing thick pads feels like there's already something there and uncomfortable". No one want's to go out in public like that lol. These can be used for men or women and work in almost any type of underpants, not sure how well they would work in boxers, depends on how baggy they are I guess. They are thin enough to when they are worn you can't tell someone is wearing them and I would say that would be a plus. The size is really good and fit the areas they need to. Was told you can barely tell they are there and the thin strip in the front is unnoticeable like regular pads. The cotton is soft and there's no plastic or if there is you can't feel it. They are very thin so I'm not sure how much thickness you need but you can easily layer a 1/2 a period pad over the area you need it. The only downside is, and I don't know if you can tell in the picture, the sticky strip needs to be more sticky. The very front and the very back tend to peel up and flap over. As others have said, if they fix this this would be one of the best products of it's types. It is said still worth using and great coverage.

comfort, relief, white tidy whities
Writing this after the first ride. As a guy, the thought of using a "pad" feels wrong. The guy thing is probably the reason I need something like this in the first place. I didn't want a doctor poking around down there. Maybe, it was the vigorous wiping I was doing after a bowel movement. The inflammation resulted in very light leakage that I noticed on laundry day. I started to use a paper towel as a liner. The lumberjack on the advertising and label must be code for men's liners, right? Nope. Those irritating wood fibers only kept the symptoms going. Even though the paper towels kept the undies clean, they did not help the healing and, arguably, made the condition worse. The Clean Seat Undie Protectors came up after I threw some search terms in the Amazon app. A little pricey. The box came in a bag that looked like it crawled out of a sewer, but the box and contents were undamaged. The difference between these and paper towels is night and day. First. the protectors are absolutely comfortable. I was worried there would be shifting or crumpling/folding, but they are staying put. The adhesive backing works. I was concerned they would be stiff, but they are comfortable. No irritation. No dampness. It has been a long time feeling this comfortable sitting and walking around. Again, they're pricey, but I will keep buying them to help me heal. I'll also keep a reserve supply in case symptoms return or for long road trips. I'm surprised they don't carry these at stores. Are other guys okay putting those stains in their briefs? Do they use paper towels like I did? I'm glad I found this product on Amazon. I may shop around for something cheaper, but I am happy to reorder these. What relief!

Used during prep for a colonoscopy, where a little leakage is often unavoidable. Worked extremely well. The five stars are for the product. The shipping was a disaster. It was delivered in an Amazon paper envelope. When it arrived the box was badly squashed and ripped, and had completely burst open at one end. It is now inadequate for storing the liners. Very bad judgment on Amazon's part.
