Is it is suppose to tingle? Like plumping glosses. Mine felt minty almost, and my lips are red/purple after wiping it off?

Absolutely not, and it shouldn’t . It has no ingredient that is intended to create any sensation like tingling. And if your lips turn purple from using, I would discontinue using it. You may have allergy to one of the ingredients.

Is this lip gloss sticky or tacky feeling?

Thank you for your inquiry on the Maybelline Lifter Lip Gloss. This formula visibly smooths lip surface and enhances lip contour with high shine. Plus, its XL Wand transforms lips in an easy, one swipe application. As with any gloss lip product you will need to allow the product to dry before adding any additional coats. We hope that you will enjoy using as much as we do!

How can I return this item?

I guess go to your Amazon account and submit a return?

Does this lip gloss stay put or does it travel into vertical lines above the lips?

Hi! It stays in place on me. If I wear a mask it moves around.
