Black Ginger for Men
We use it as Black Ginger. a spice. Have not used too much. Just a pinch. Love ginger. Will look for it again in spices and check it out again. Let you know if it makes a difference for the men in house. Picky meg

Didn't notice much
No noticable boost. More like a vitamin. I was expecting a boost similar or close to caffeine but this black ginger supplement didn't really stimulate me at all and felt like placebo. Even caffeine feels like placebo sometimes so maybe I was just expecting too much.

Work's very well. Need larger bottle perhaps 90 to 120 capsules.

Seems off….Wouldn’t Recommend
Seems like a Scam…The protective layer came off fairly easy and the smell of the capsule smells like a chemical. There is not herbal/gingery scent at all.

Minimal Efficacy
Meh. I feel like these are more placebo than anything. I haven't been able to find any sort of FDA Approval on this either, it's not listed on the bottle anywhere. That tells me that there is no way to prove the quality of ingredients in this. However I haven't had any negative side effects! It just feels like I haven't been taking them...even though I have.
