Ho do I access the silent button?

There is a small pop (up/down) button on the left hand side towards the top. I had initial problems with this. But, when your assembling you must ensure this works (i.e goes up and down with ease) before putting the top cover together. If you look at your phone, face on it is shaped like a small circle. Once it is assembled in place, it works perfectly.
