how many grams of Nettle do each bag contain?

Thanks for your good question. Our Nettle Leaf tea contains 2000 mg of organic stinging nettle leaf. If you’d like to learn more about this tea and its benefits, please visit: www.traditionalmedicinals.com/products/nettle-leaf/ If you have any additional questions, feel free to email us at support@traditionalmedicinals.desk-mail.com or call 1-800-543-4372. Are the nutrients sensitive to a certain boiling temperature?

Thank you for the good question. We recommend using freshly boiled water and steeping for 10-15 minutes to experience the full power of nettle leaf. This longer steeping time with freshly boiled water allows for the beneficial components in the herbs to be extracted into the water, for a complete balanced infusion!
