I had another steam iron with another brand but it didn't work. I tried to iron a pair of jeans but saw no effect after ironing for a few times. After that, I just left it to the corner of my cupboard and never used it again. It became a useless trash. However, I saw my friend using this one with Philips to iron her wedding gown. It did the job perfectly and didn't do any harm to the delicate textiles. I decided to give it a try. After all, it's Philips. I was surprised when I tried it because it was amazing! It ironed quickly and efficiently and worked both vertically and horizontally. I paid for what I got. The only downside is that the water capacity is very small. I need to add water every time after ironing one piece of garment.

Lovely product. The only reason for not giving a five star is the water tank is small and needs refilling often. Otherwise, does the job for quick steam ironing.

Absolutely love this product, such a good buy! I am able to get the creases out of my shirt in the morning when i unexpectedly need to go into the office. I no longer need to do ironing which I do not like at all and just use the steamer to get the creases out. It takes only a couple of minutes to do a shirt/pants and it heats up fast! The tank is very small so you do need to fill up regularly but it realy does work so well. Fits in suitcase too so you can take it on holiday and not have creased clothes! Excellent!

This was a present for my daughter as she travels a lot for her job. She has been very impressed with this item so far. Easy to use and very effective. Was a little expensive but seems good quality.

Really badly packaged looked like a return. So I already felt cheated. Works ok but quite large and awkward shape. Heats up quickly, removes creases quite well.

I bought this based on reviews and also some external sites that gave this item good reviews, but It is really disappointing how this device works, these are the worst things about this device: 1. Small tank, one set of clothes and it doesn't steam anymore, is this a joke? 2. The tank can easily popup if you don't hold it tight, so my hand gets tired very easily. There are other problems with this steamer, but those two are the deal breakers, I can't return this easily because it would cost me more than it costs, so i am just throwing it away to the attic. I trusted Philips, because this is supposed to be a good brand for appliances, but men this is changing my way of thinking of this brand, you should be ashamed of yourself Philips, this is not a good product.

Top quality steamer, only downside is you have to keep refilling with water.

I bought this on a whim, seduced by an ad with a video from Phillips on Facebook. I hate ironing with a passion, but also can’t stand creased clothes and bedlinen, so thought this might solve all my problems. After I ordered it, I worried whether I had done the right thing and was in two minds whether to keep it or not. I got it on promotion for about half price, and think I paid a fair price for it but imho it’s not worth more. The steamer itself is attractive and distinctive in its black and gold, albeit slightly heavy to handle, and not that light to toss into your bag when you go away. You fill a water reservoir that slides on to the handle, which is easy to do, but you have to refill frequently if you are doing more than one garment. Also, the cap on the reservoir does not seem to seal as well as when I first got it, which is slightly worrying when you are handling water and electricity... :( I have used it several times on clothes with pretty good results, although sometimes it can be awkward to hold the steamer and pull the garment to straighten it. I have, however, had great results on curtains that are hanging on their track. I did need to refill the water a lot but it was worth it for the result. I had never seen anything like this before I bought it but have since seen slightly smaller, lighter garment steamer at a much lower price in one of those supermarkets where you go in for potatoes and come out with a chainsaw from the middle aisle. I wonder whether one of those would have been just as effective at less than a third of the price, although they aren’t as good-looking. I do think this is a good solution to banishing creases, but think perhaps it’s early days with the design and price and later models will be an improvement on this. I welcome the innovation of a steamer like this but I would give 3.5 stars as it is almost there but not quite.

الجهاز رائع جدا و افضل من الاجهزة الثانيه يلي في سوق ,,, يكوي كل شيء , فعلا جهاظ ذكي و جبار جدا جربت اجهزة ثانيه ولكن مثل هذا الجهاز ما حصلت ,,, خفيف الوزن خصوصا عند عمليه الكوي ما يتعب الايد في الحمل و خفيف جدا , ثانيا قوة الدخان بسبب كثرة مخارج الدخان فا يخرج كميه كبيره جدا وهذا ما يسهل في عمليه الكوي . عيبه شي واحد فقط خزان المي قلبل و لكن اقبل بعيبه بسبب قوته و خفته

الكواية ممتازة حجمها مو صغير طول ذراعي تقريباً البخار قوي ويكوي سريع ، معها فرشاه وقفاز كيس الموية سعتها قليلة يادوبك قميص واحد واشوف انه يناسبني اللي تطفش من كثر اعادة التعبئة ماتصلح لها العيب الوحيد اللي يقهرني ان لازم نقعد ضاغطين زر اطلاق البخار اثناء عملية الكوي يعني تكوين وانتي ضاغطة عليه

When I do ironing,some kind of coloring coming out and spoiling my dress so I have to wash again my dress . Even water is coming out from the ironing area and you have to fill the water 3 to 4 time for 1 shirt So this is worst product
