Firstly, i am a long time fan of Samsung. The A9 is a nice size and easy to set up. I like having the keyboard and pen included and it has a secure case. So far I've enjoyed using it, it's convenient, and easy to transport. It charged right up, connected and synced right up as well. The screen is clear, and battery life has been great thus far. However I'm not on it long periods of time. I recommend this item.

I have been happy to use this tablet for the past 9 months. It replaced a Galaxy Tab A that I had used for several years. I wanted the capability of using it on cellular as we are often in places where wifi is not available. I use the Warp (Verizon) service through my MVNO cell service (US Mobile). I did have to contact US Mobile to obtain some settings for the table and it has worked via cell ever since. The antenna is a bit weaker that my phone and I believe that the tablet is unable to make phone calls or get texts directly. I am able to link my phone to it so I can receive and sent texts via the tablet. The A9+ has twice the RAM and memory of the Tab A and runs on Android 13. I don't game - for browsing or streaming video, the A9+5G works for me.

We were doing a changeover to Verizon so we bought the tablets. We have been through two different reps and three different stores and nobody can get these to work on Verizon's network. The last guy said that these weren't even a Verizon tablet so evidently miss labeled somewhere. And what sucks is we bought high end cases and now they're worthless!

Large screen, great picture, easy to use, easy to hook up to Verizon....

This tablet is BIG and the screen is beautiful. It doesn't lag so navigation is very smooth. The sound quality is also pretty nice. You won't be disappointed with this tablet. The only caveat with this version of the A9 plus is that it's Wi-Fi only meaning that you can't use a SIM card in it.

I've used this product for a year now and I still really like it.

Samsung has been my go-to brand for electronics, but I'm disappointed in this one. It started charging slowly and battery draining quickly before it was even a year old. It was in warranty and"repaired" after sending in, which was about a 2-week period It still took a while to charge and ran down less quickly, but not as well as before. Now, after another 8 months it has gotten bad again, but, of course it's now out of warranty. I'll be looking for other options this time. Previous Samsung models have done well for about 4 years before letting me down.
