This was a game changer after Achilles heel surgery. This is the same type my physical therapist used on me, and really helped to ice down the entire foot and ankle. Used it multiple times a day for weeks and it still looks new. Great addition to have in the home medical kit. It does get very cold so recommend you wear a lightweight sock or wrap foot in a thin cloth. The pump adds pressure and stays inflated. Great value for the price.

I broke my ankle and I was in a splint for 6 weeks then was put in a boot for 2 months. 1 month non weight bearing and 1 most with weight. Needless to say my skin was very irritated. I ordered this brace to keep my ankle secure while sleeping and relaxing just so my skin could heal. I was very scared to take the boot off but this brace made it will secure and erased my fears. It was easy to put on and I love that I can pump it up to be more secure. Some people have complained that the pump can't be removed but my ankle feels best in one position so I use the pump and wedge it to make my foot stay where I want it. Also it has gel pads that I use as extra support but as I start doing physical therapy I will probably put them in the freezer or if I want to heat them up. .

This is the closet to the professional physical therapy ice wraps that uses compression on my shoulder. The squeeze bulb is like a blood pressure cuff bulb, easy to use and deflate. The ice pack is large- it fits the size of the compression sleeve and stays with Velcro. It lasts 20-30 minutes which is the recommended time for icing. It works so well I ordered the ankle “boot”. My older child is in sports and has had previous ankle injuries. It which works exactly the same as the shoulder ice pack.

i hate amazon's vine program and believe they should get rid of it. people who get the products for free either always give 5 stars or (maybe thinking if they keep giving everything 5 stars they'll get cut from the vine program) come up with really nit-picky issues. i'm just a regular wife and mom who bought this product because i have an ankle injury. i went down the amazon rabbit hole doing research on all the different kinds on here and settled on this one because the price was fair and my doctor said i really needed strong compression - preferably adjustable compression - to help heal. i have small feet (size 6) and was concerned if it would fit being as it's a one size item. it did (can't see my toes when it's on but it fits just fine). it looks exactly like the seller's photos as you can also see from other reviewer's pics. it's easy to use (i also use it for hot therapy), well made, comfortable to wear, (gel packs are heavy - not in a bad way, in a very good way like a weighted blanket is), affordable and provides the key thing i needed - adjustable compression. highly recommend this ankle wrap.

This works almost as well as the expensive icer/compression machine I rented for the first two weeks post knee surgery. It's helpful to have someone help put it on as wrapping it around the knee and bending is a challenge. Also, it's a bit hard for me to press the bulb for compression, but easy for my husband. It works keeping it in the refrigerator or freezer (Brrrr-cold!) for each 20 minute use. Great that it doesn't need ice and the fill material is flexible. It works very well so far for 2 weeks of multiple uses per day and I hope it continues to work as expected. I'm very pleased.

The thing i like the most is the sheer size of this shoulder wrap. I easily goes over your shoulder and it reaches into you back and goes into your chest area also.It also reaches down your arm a ways. I had rotator cuff surgery and this worked quite well for me/ When you use the compression bulb to make it get bigger it really gets on to your body surface and you can really feel the heat penetrating into the skin

The frozen pack comes in direct contact with your skin. I added a fabric pad to make it bearable. Very unreliable. The inflator popped at the middle of the night ofter one and half nights of yse.
