Does this fold? Is it glued together?

It is not glued together. I glued mine using a hot glue gun, and or course once glued it does not fold.

Is glue necessary or does this slot together? I want to be able to take it to craft fairs.

It does slot together but also requires gluing.

Can I use it in my bar to display bottles?
