How long can you save the cream once it has been mixed with the activator

You can keep for over a year as long as you keep the rest in the freezer. It will reactivate itself ounce it's back to normal temperature. Doesn't matter how many times you take it in and out of the freezer, it will work just as great as the first time. Just never leave it out in normal room temperature after its been mixed as it will stop working after just days and turn bad.

Can I use this on permanent hair colour without damaging my hair

I would double check directions. I do, but only after at least 2 weeks, but My hair is quite resilient.
