THE BEST! My stiff hair has finally been humbled!
Coming from someone with a rubbery stiff hair(think 4C hair but dry, super stiff, i have to drench my hair with leave in conditioner otherwise comb cant even penetrate). This relaxer took me from stiff afro to straight in 15mins with no burn or pain. My initial plan(cos no relaxer has ever relaxed my hair in a single application) was to texturize with first application, then after few weeks il apply another one to finally straighten my hair out. But girllllll, 15mins in and my thick afro hair was flatttttt and straightened! You may need to get 2 packs depending on ur hair thickness. Also for those complaining that it hurts, first of all, DO NOT disturb your scalp atleast a few days to relaxing(No scratching, washing, braiding etc)....I relaxed my hair myself....

Doesn’t burn the scalp.
I have course hair and it really leaves my hair, smooth straight and shiny. I will definitely buy again and the leaving conditioner should be a speciality for me.

Broken lid
I don’t normally leave bad reviews on products but I was so disappointed with this one! The product was delivered with care but as soon as I opened the box there was salt like particles everywhere! Crust had formed around the lid and the bottle was almost empty.Talk about the inconvenience!😩 as I had to cancel all my plans at the very last minute after waiting all day for the delivery.Its such a pity because this hair relaxer has really worked well on my hair in the past but to avoid such inconveniences I would not be buying again.

Leaves hair dry and brittle
Tried this product for the first time to replace my usual Dark and Lovely relaxer. Overall good results but as with my usual relaxer, my hair was left really dry and potentially brittle so you really need to apply moisturiser. The gloves you get with this are the biggest I’ve ever seen, no one has hands that big so it’s worthwhile getting your own gloves. Product update This is the second time I’ve bought this item and I’ve noticed that there is significantly less product in the tub than last time. I have long Afro hair and the quantity would not cover my entire head of hair. After my second time using this product, my hair is left dry and brittle so would not recommend.
