I was very excited to receive my box of Spanish verb flash cards and have certainly found them helpful for increasing my knowledge of some very useful verbs that I didn't know before. However, I have found SEVERAL glaring mistakes in some of the verb conjugations. Was nobody assigned to proofread these before they went to print?? For me, I have been studying Spanish long enough to recognize an error in patterns and was able to verify the correct conjugations on my translation app. But just be aware if you are a very new learner, or if you are buying these for your kids, that you need to be on the look out for typographical errors. I have found errors with the following verbs: violar, visitar, crear, comprender, estar, and gastar. These are the ones I am aware of. Given the price, I would say they are still very useful, but it might be better to spend a little more and get something you know will not introduce confusion into the learning process. They are made in China, so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised.

There are many cards that have errors in them. Luckily I know a little Spanish however, if you are a true beginner, these cards may not be for you due to the errors. Learning a language is hard and misprints make it harder.

Going through these well-made cards, card after card, can really help with taking in information. ESPECIALLY if you're learning with someone and you quiz each other back and forth. It's not easy to find materials for teaching younger children another language - although fluency of accent is achieved by learning young most materials are for appx age 14 and older. Bah. So my kids - 6 and 8 - use these to quiz each other. It's going great! (They're both amazing readers, that helps.) The cards are basically average playing-card size, and coated similarly. The box is fantastic - nothing spoils a good product like this quicker than poor storage for it. This company did NOT make that mistake, this box is really sturdy. Perfect for just about any scenario you might take the cards in to. At 250 cards with the entire conjugation on each, once you go through this entire box and memorize them in detail, you should be well on your way to Spanish fluency! Can't wait 'til the kids eventually learn all of these :) It's a great price point for what you get, too. Definitely recommend for homeschooling and/or additional practice while learning Spanish on your own or class study.
