The decorators removed - then lost - the brackets to my kitchen blind. The ends are roughly 2 inches square. Will these work & come with instructions.

I'm not sure ... They worked for me ... but mine are roughly 1 inch square ...

Will these brackets fix a venetian blind to the top of the window reveal, rather than the sides?

I haven't tried, but there are fixing holes on top of the bracket so I assume yes.
