OUTSTANDING IC PATCH

If there was 10 stars I would rate it 10 stars... It extremely well made. Heavy, well sewn design. I cannot believe such a patch for so little money. I was a 3rd class ICman from 1968 to 1972. I am looking for the history of this patch since they were not used while I was in. Please contact if you have any info !
