I'm 56 year old woman at 5'1" -- 138# and experiencing normal menopausal symptoms. Starting 15 years ago my blood cholesterol was showing at borderline high (bad cholesterol) and good cholesterol was perfect. I take NO doctor prescribed medications of ANY kind. I eat mostly "whole foods" and I've been taking lots of natural therapies/supplements for years including a lot of fish oils and vitamin E. I started taking CoQ10 almost 6 months ago in hopes it would aid in rising blood pressure and "pounding/racing" heart. I am blessed that I am one of those people that builds muscle very quickly and can shed a few extra pounds with just a few days of exercise. However, I started having cholesterol issues about 15 years ago despite being "ripped" at the time, therefore cholesterol is a genetic thing for me. Blood pressure my whole life up to that point was a fabulous 110/70. As menopause kicked in, BP and cholesterol both slowly kept creeping up to the point I felt winded, or pounding in chest/neck etc. "Hot flashes" always produced a pounding pressure in my chest and neck. I started taking this supplement 5 weeks ago and went through VERY typical "liver flush" symptoms even though i was taking a liver cleanse ( Global Heali-g brand) supplement as a daily "maintenance" ( I REALLY like that liver supplement and wrote a good review for that too). I followed the advice of one reviewer for this product to start it at 1x/day and after a week I went to 2x/day. I was surprised with the liver maintenance supplement that I experienced more liver "cleansing" as seen in stool. For nearly two weeks I was "heavy" feeling and some days I was completely "spent". These can OFTEN be signs of "cleansing". But, what was interesting was that I felt almost a "cooling" sensation in my extremities and noticed my usual heart "palpitations" were subsiding. Hot flashes seem to be reducing as well or at least the severity and duration. I have not necessarily gotten the energy "boost" I was hoping for, BUT, I was stacking firewood for about 45 minutes just 4 days ago and realized my endurance was MUCH improved and I did NOT feel "winded" and short of breath despite the fact that I have barely done ANY movement based programs since last spring. Upper belly "bloat" has seemed to calm a bit too. I have not been to check my blood pressure or have any cholesterol testing to see what my numbers are... I am going entirely by what I am feeling happening to my body. The menopausal fatigue is by no means disappeared, nor have I gained "energy" in hopes of getting back to a regular movement/exercise routine, HOWEVER, I DO feel like a change of sorts is happening and it seems to be coming in "waves" of good days, low days, and bad days. I did some research and found that the nattokinase can take a year to clean the blood cholesterol by up to 30%. I also learned it is best to take either 1st thing in morning or at night before going to bed on an empty stomach as the heart does its "repair" at around midnight during sleep. I am doing both. The "wave" action of good and bad days is a little frustrating, but perhaps that is how this works until the body cholesterol is balanced. Do your research as with any "cleansing" product, but at this stage I feel like its REALLY doing SOMETHING and it seems to be going the RIGHT direction. I will update if I have any bloodwork to show. I will continue with this product in the mean time.

I have ordered these 7 times and consumed them. No bad smell, can’t really tell if they work. Now I’m afraid to reorder due to container change and complaints of bad smell..

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have Lyme disease and was told to get on these enzymes for blood clearing and also I have peripheral neuropathy. I originally bought this product and used for 4-5 months before I started seeing an inconsistency in the powder from the original white powder to a brown / off white color. So I reordered and tried another batch— the last time I opened it, the stench was overwhelming so I just threw them out. What prompted me to write this is that I saw a recent video promoting this product and claiming they had stringent manufacturing practices and were 3rd party tested. I call BS I picked this product for the lower price tag but I guess you get what u pay for! Problem is, I can’t afford the higher priced supplements.
