Anybody recently purchased this gun from arttool japan? i am thinking of ordering this weekend. just want to know if it is authentic. thanks!

I've gotten my lph50 and lph80 from them. Think they're sent from an Amazon fulfillment center. One time they sent me the cup instead of cup and gun, so had to reorder ... but the guns are definitely genuine iwata. And they rule.

If i purchase this gun, would i be able to purchase the orange and purple caps seperately and use with this gun?

Yes you can use the orange caps and purple caps with this Iwata. And it’s fully compatible. I use mine in a production auto collision shop and I paint about 15 cars daily no problem. I would use the orange cap for metallic color and even clear lays it out slick highly recommend.

If your question is 'nozzle size', the one I have is 1.4 mm.
