Q: is this can clean foam pad too?

This is just for the microfiber cloths. For the foam pads, you need the Chemical Guys pad cleaner and pad conditioner.

Q: i have one more question. do i need to use this and regular detergent together for H.E. machine wash? or just this one only?

No need for regular detergent along with the microfiber wash. You only use the microfiber wash, even with a H.E. washing machine.

Q: Can i use this in the same washer i used for regular clothes that my family wear?

I know of no reason why not. But many manufacturers of microfiber cloths don't recommend machine washing. And I don't know of any (but I've been wrong before) that recommend machine drying them. I myself prefer to do them in a bucket, rinse well and then air dry them.
